Client Acquisition Specialist

(1099 Contractor – Commission Only)

Victoria DeVita Writing, LLC is looking for a confident, outgoing, and self-motivated individual to
join the team as a Client Acquisition Specialist. This is a 1099 contractor role paid on
commission only. You’ll play a key role in helping connect small business owners, creatives, and
nonprofit leaders with high-impact writing services, including grant writing, content strategy, and
monthly retainer packages.
Your job will be to prospect potential clients, reach out via email or phone, start conversations,
and book them for a discovery call with Victoria or book services through the website. This role
is ideal for someone who is personable, self-driven, and comfortable with outreach.

Responsibilities:

● Research and identify aligned small businesses, nonprofits, or creators who would benefit from grant writing or content services

● Reach out to leads via email, cold calls, social media messages, or other methods

● Start conversations, build rapport, and book discovery calls with Victoria

● Follow up with leads and track progress in the provided CRM

● Meet or exceed lead generation and booking goals

Commission Structure:

● Base commission starts at 10% per closed sale

● Service pricing ranges from $650 to $2,000+, meaning commissions range from $65 to $200+ per client

● Bonus potential for high performance and exceeding goals

● Commission percentage may be increased based on experience or consistent results

Requirements:

● Must be 18 or older

● Reliable laptop or desktop computer

● Stable internet connection

● Smartphone for calls, messages, and basic admin

● Access to a quiet, private space for phone calls

● Strong communication skills and confidence in starting conversations

● Ability to work independently and manage your time and tasks

● Previous sales or outreach experience is a plus but not required

● Available at least partially during standard business hours (for client calls)
